Hunters come to Huntstock to celebrate hunting and have a great time not to feel like they are being pressured into a sale. High pressure sales tactics are highly discouraged and will not work at our show. Our sponsors are approachable and love hunting just as much as our attendees and would be more than happy just shooting the breeze about a big ole buck.
Our goal is to have THE MOST EXCITING FESTIVAL ATMOSPHERE you've ever seen! We ask all our sponsors to add value to our show by giving something back to our attendees whether that something is intangible like providing a cool experience with hands-on product engagements, educational games or activities, or something tangible like the chance to win awesome products for free. We encourage our sponsors to think outside the box and put thought, creativity, and pride into their booth. And we definitely, absolutely, 100% discourage being boring.
We only allow sponsors related to hunting and the outdoors, period.
Our attendee has a higher than industry average interest level in hunting and household incomes. Our premium priced ticket attracts die hard blue collar hunters who understand the true value they are getting far exceeds a $40 ticket price, affluent hunters, and new hunters eager to shorten their learning curves. All of these hunters spend a considerable amount of their free time and free cash on hunting. This is THE group of hunters you want to be in front of.
Huntstock 2023 saw many vendors selling out of their inventory early, and total sales of more then $750,000, with many vendors and sponsors selling out of product. While most hunting shows take place in the sad, lonely, and depressing winter months after our seasons have come to unfortunate ends, Huntstock takes place in August when our anticipation of the upcoming legendary season we are about to have is starting to peak. A packed entertainment schedule featuring live podcasts and seminars from legends like Hal Blood and Lanny Benoit and door prizes being drawn at the end of each day leads our attendees to come early and stay all day. Our attendees have ample time to make meaningful connections with all our sponsors, which leads to more sales.
We are grateful for all of our sponsors and treat them as a part of our family. That's why we had close to a 100% renewal rate. At many shows it's easy to get lost in a sea of other sponsors and be left on your own after the check clears. Our show is more intimate, and you'll feel more connected to our team and our attendees because of it. Despite being a lower attended show than many others, many of our sponsors reported 2-5X the sales they generated at shows 2X and up to 10X the size of Huntstock!
We chose Wildwood Farm as our venue because we fell in love with the family and property. Hosting an event on a farm makes for a great atmosphere but we don't have a giant, climate controlled expo hall that can fit 1,000 sponsors on the farm. Not that we would want that anyway! What we have is an indoor pavilion (barn) for select top sponsors, and the main outdoor expo field that can fit approximately 60 exhibitors. With limited space, your brand may not be able to get in if you wait.
