100% Hunting Exhibitors, No Window Salesmen!

WHY HUNTSTOCK BOOTHS COST MORE

We don't sell space to non-hunting related exhibitors, period. Our attendees shop with a peace of mind knowing that every booth they stop to talk to will have hunters on the other side of the table. We turn away a lot of revenue by not selling space to dozens of window fitters, contractors, wireless providers, solar roofs, etc. We also limit the number of exhibitors to keep everything manageable for everyone from our staff to the attendee. This leads to a better HUNTING SHOW for the community, but requires us to have higher pricing. But that doesn't mean lower ROI, just ask any of our exhibitors and sponsors!

HIGH EXHIBITOR RENEWALS & MANAGEABLE NUMBER OF EXHIBITORS

We treat our exhibitors as a part of our family. At other shows it's easy to get lost in a sea of hundreds of exhibitors and dozens of competitors, but at Huntstock we keep it to around 100 exhibitors max (all of which are hunting brands, most of them handpicked to fill a niche). Our show is smaller and manageable, and you'll feel more connected to our team and our attendees because of it. Many of our exhibitors report 2-5X the sales they generated at shows up to 10X the size of Huntstock. Less exhibitors, less competitors, no riff raff, attendees staying for 10 hours a day and an unmatched atmosphere leads to more face time with our diehard attendees and a GREAT sales environment!

Our attendees understand the value of their $40 entry fee. We are the most expensive consumer show in the country. Our premium priced ticket attracts die-hard hunters, affluent hunters, and new hunters eager to shorten their learning curves, and filters out the tire-kickers. When they come to Huntstock they know they can gear up in peace without having to dodge overly aggressive salesmen from non-hunting exhibitors. Our attendees spend a considerable amount of their free time and free cash on hunting. This is THE group of hunters you want to be in front of!

PRE-SEASON GEAR UP TIMING LEADS TO $750,000 to $1M EXCHANGING HANDS AT HUNTSTOCK

Total sales from our exhibitors are estimated at $750,000 - $1M, with many vendors and sponsors selling out of product. While most hunting shows take place in the winter months shortly after hunting seasons end, Huntstock takes place in mid-to-late summer when our anticipation of the upcoming hunting seasons is peaking. A packed entertainment schedule featuring live podcasts, seminars, demonstrations, giveaways, and door prizes being drawn at the end of each day leads to our attendees spending 8-12 hours at our show daily. This gives our attendees ample time to make meaningful connections with exhibitors and never feeling rushed, leading to a great sales environment.

Our show prides itself on being a BIG little show. With limited room for exhibitors, we sometimes have to turn exhibitors away. As the event continues to grow space will sell out, so you'll want to reserve a spot early!

NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES OR GIMMICKS

Hunters come to Huntstock to celebrate our tradition and have a great time, not to feel like they are being pressured into a sale. High pressure sales tactics have no place at Huntstock. Our exhibitors are approachable and love hunting just as much as our attendees and would be more than happy just shooting the breeze about hunting strategy. After some good conversation, attendees will be curious about the products or services you are offering. 

TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR BOOTH!

Our goal is to have THE BEST FESTIVAL ATMOSPHERE in the hunting industry! We ask all our exhibitors to add value to our show by giving something back to our attendees whether that something is intangible like providing a cool experience with hands-on product engagements, educational games or activities, or something tangible like the chance to win awesome products. We encourage our sponsors to think outside the box and put thought, creativity, and pride into their booths. If you have a unique idea or experience you'd like to build and own at Huntstock, and it adds value to the attendee, we will say go for it! And we definitely, absolutely, 100% discourage being boring. Try not to just sit behind your tables with pamphlets out!
