Our attendee has a higher than industry average interest level in hunting. Our premium priced ticket attracts die-hard blue collar hunters who understand the true value they are getting far exceeds a $40 ticket price, affluent hunters, and new hunters eager to shorten their learning curves. All of these hunters spend a considerable amount of their free time and free cash on hunting. This is THE group of hunters you want to be in front of.
Total sales from our exhibitors are estimated at $750,000 - $1M, with many vendors and sponsors selling out of product. While most hunting shows take place in the winter months after our seasons have ended, Huntstock takes place in mid-to-late summer when our anticipation of the upcoming hunting seasons is starting to peak and when we are looking to gear up. A packed entertainment schedule featuring live podcasts, seminars, demonstrations and competitions, and door prizes being drawn at the end of each day leads our attendees spending 8-12 hours at our show. This gives our attendees ample time to make meaningful connections with exhibitors, leading to a great sales environment.
We are grateful for all of our exhibitors and treat them as a part of our family, which is one of the contributing factors to our high renewal rate. At other shows it's easy to get lost in a sea of exhibitors and be left on your own after the check clears. We stay in constant communication with our exhibitors, sending regular updates, and pride ourselves in our level of customer service. Our show is intimate, and you'll feel more connected to our team and our attendees because of it. Many of our exhibitors report 2-5X the sales they generated at shows up to 10X the size of Huntstock!
With room for only about 100 exhibitors, we have limited space available and sometimes have to turn exhibitors away. As the event continues to grow space will sell out, so you'll want to reserve a spot early!
Hunters come to Huntstock to celebrate our tradition and have a great time not to feel like they are being pressured into a sale. High pressure sales tactics have no place at Huntstock. Our sponsors are approachable and love hunting just as much as our attendees and would be more than happy just shooting the breeze about hunting strategy. After some good conversation, attendees will be curious about the products or services you are offering.
Our goal is to have THE BEST FESTIVAL ATMOSPHERE in the hunting industry! We ask all our exhibitors to add value to our show by giving something back to our attendees whether that something is intangible like providing a cool experience with hands-on product engagements, educational games or activities, or something tangible like the chance to win awesome products. We encourage our sponsors to think outside the box and put thought, creativity, and pride into their booths. If you have a unique idea or experience you'd like to build and own at Huntstock, and it adds value to the attendee, we say go for it! And we definitely, absolutely, 100% discourage being boring. Try not to just sit behind your tables with pamphlets out!
