VOLUNTEER AT HUNTSTOCK

An event like Huntstock would not be possible without the generous support of our great volunteers. We have volunteers returning every year to help the operation run smoothly, and they return because we treat them as part of the family. If you would like to volunteer, please send an email to Huntsuburbia@gmail.com with your name, cell phone number, and the day(s) that you are available to volunteer. 

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

- Volunteer 1 full day, and get 2 days entry to Huntstock for free ($80 Value) 

- Volunteers get 2 Door Prize tickets to the general door prize pool for each day they volunteer

- Volunteers get 1 Door Prize ticket to our Volunteer Only Prize Pool for each day they volunteer

- Volunteers get access to Thursday Night VIP Party & Film Festival for Free ($25 Value)

- Volunteers get snacks and cold drinks throughout the weekend

- Volunteers get either a Staff Shirt or a Staff Hat ($25 Value)

- Volunteers get behind the scenes access at Huntstock and the camaraderie of the group is a great bonus

VOLUNTEERING JOBS

- Ticketing/Registration: Help to check in attendees, get them their wristbands, door prize tickets, and event programs

- Merchandise/Door Prizes: Help to sell Huntstock Merchandise & Coordinate Door Prizes

- 3D Archery Starter: We need an early riser here, as 3D archery opens up 2 hours before the festival. This volunteer checks in 3D Archery Shooters and get's them out on the course with score cards.

- Novelty Shoot: Manage the 3D Novelty Shoot area of the festival

- Set-Up/Breakdown: Help during exhibitor load in day on Thursday with setting up the festival

- Parking: Help the farm staff with getting vehicles parked in an efficient manner

- Audio Mixing: If you have any experience with A/V production, we could use your expertise at our seminar stages making sure mic levels are good, and getting powerpoint presentations up and running for our speakers

- Festival Coordinator: Working with our Festival Manager to make sure exhibitors have what they need, checking in with them regularly throughout the weekend
